DUE TO THE COVID19 LOCK DOWN, WORKSHOPS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED
A 2 hour workshop designed to motivate and educate on how to best use yoga, breath and meditation to reduce stress, improve sleep and alleviate symptoms of anxiety. You will learn specific practical tools that you can take with you and put into practice immediately. Includes a 40 min Vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels, with a teacher who walks her talk!
