It can be often be difficult to make classes, so building the confidence to practice by yourself is an important stage. This workshop will not only motivate yourself to start up and maintain your own yoga practice at home, but will also provide the tools for you to do so safely and mindfully. The more you can get on your yoga mat and move, the more you will reap the benefits that yoga . Come along, have some fun and learn how to make yoga work for you. Beginners are more than welcome.

A class designed to learn the very basics of yoga and completely appropriate for people with injuries or who are recovering from operations, are kick starting their health and fitness journey or are closer towards the retired stage of life.
We are a non-scary bunch and the feedback is... yoga once a week is making a dramatic difference in the participants lives.

Come and CHILL with a 2 hour class full of nothing but slow stretching and restorative yoga practices designed especially to unwind, recenter and counteract the zingy-ness of the silly season. A 2 hour workshop designed to motivate and educate on how to best use yoga, breath and meditation to reduce stress, improve sleep and alleviate symptoms of anxiety. You will learn specific practical tools that you can take with you and put into practice immediately. Includes a 40 min Vinyasa flow appropriate for all levels, with a teacher who walks her talk!
