A class designed to learn the very basics of yoga and completely appropriate for people with injuries or who are recovering from operations, are kick starting their health and fitness journey or are closer towards the retired stage of life.
We are a non-scary bunch and the feedback is... yoga once a week is making a dramatic difference in the participants lives.
