Amazing new venue for Christchurch yogis!

The St Albans Community Centre is our new venue and is a gorgeous one at that, it's like it was purpose built for yoga! Come along for 60 minute classes for all levels! On every Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. 

Expect a mix of easeful movement, strength work and long stretching to create strong open bodies and calm quiet minds.

WHEN: Tuesday 7.00pm, Wednesday 9.00am, Friday 9.00am
COST:  $20 per casual class or $160 per 10 session card​
